Who we are
Sorae Works is a brand operated by BRILLIANT ASIA TRADING CO., Hong Kong.
Scope
Each package covers only the deliverables listed on our order page or in your written quote. Anything else is quoted separately before we start.
Payment
Fees are in Hong Kong dollars and payable in advance by FPS or bank transfer against our invoice. Monthly plans are invoiced each month and have the minimum term shown on the order page (usually 3 months).
Advertising spend and platform fees
Ad spend is not part of our fees. Google, Meta and other platforms bill it to you directly through accounts you own. The same applies to Shopify plan and app fees. We report platform costs exactly as charged, separately from our fees.
Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, traffic, AI-assistant mentions or follower numbers.
Your accounts and materials
You keep ownership of your ad accounts, store, data and the materials you provide. Once paid, you may use the deliverables on the channels agreed in your order or quote.
AI-generated content
Some deliverables are created or assisted by AI tools and are checked by a person before delivery. We follow platform rules on AI labelling and paid-partnership disclosure, and you are responsible for the claims you ask us to make about your products.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions within the original brief.
Cancellation and refunds
One-off packages: full refund if you cancel before work starts; once work has started, fees are non-refundable except that you are refunded for any agreed deliverable we fail to provide. Monthly plans: after the minimum term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice; the current month is not refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
